Cheshire based Advantage Windows and Conservatories Ltd is a
specialist manufacturer to the trade of PVCu windows, doors,
conservatory roofs and complete conservatories.

Founded in 1989, the company is one of the UK's largest fabricators
and currently employs around 160 people. It operates from three units
on the Poynton Industrial Estate. The company has recently purchased
an additional forth 26,000 sq ft unit, from which it will shortly begin
manufacturing a new range of decorative windows and doors.

Advantage has invested heavily in machinery & IT systems, expanded
its transport fleet, its sales, marketing & technical departments.

The company is one of the few of its type and capacity to employ a
Human Resources Manager, Helen Gosling has been instrumental
in establishing & developing ongoing training programmes at all levels.

The majority of people working within the factories have enrolled in
National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ's) beginning at level 2 and
progressing to level 3 in Production of Glass Supporting Fabrications.

The company is working hard to recruit and retain good people
through proper selection procedures and good training.

As Advantage grows, the need to recruit good people becomes
vitally important. The company is able to offer a range of opportunities
of Production Operatives and is currently seeking to fill several
positions for our new factory unit.
