Danny Hague has rejoined Cheshire based
Advantage Windows & Conservatories as group
commercial director, responsible for all sales
and marketing activities across the company.

With experience in direct sales, systems and
trims, commercial and trade fabrication, plus
many industry contacts, Danny believes he
is ready for his biggest challenge yet.

"Our cedared aim is to be one of the UK's largest
trade fabricators. We are setting ourselves a
target of 4,000 frames and 200 roofs each week
within the next two years", said MD Ian Moran.

"We've just bought a new 26,000 square foot
factory unit that will provide us with the space
for the additional manufacturing capacity we
need to reach our goals."

Founded by Ian Moran IN 1989, from the
beginning Advantage has been a REHAU
fabricator. The company saw a huge potential
in specialist conservatory roofs, so took on the
K2 roof system and was the first K2 fabricator
to gain BBA Kitemark accreditation.

Advantage MD Ian Moran believes having a good
product range in itself is not necessarily enough.
"I judge the success of the company not only
on the turnover and market share but also
on the quality of our staff," he said.

"This is clearly illustrated by the fact that over
50 employees have recently begun training
programmes covering foundation advanced
modern apprenticeships that provide NVQ's
up to level 3."

Danny Hague claims to be aware that by openly
declaring his intent to grow Advantage Windows
and Conservatories into one of the largest trade
fabricators in the UK, he's setting himself up to
be knocked down.

"The primary reason I came back to Advantage
was that I could see the company was ready to
make the next move," he said.

"One of the most impressive facts about Advantage
is its ability to deliver the goods not the excuses".
