	TEAM SPIRIT A total of 45 members of staff attended an evening meeting at Chester Races last July as part of the company’s commitment to promote team spirit, and one lucky punter from window factory 1 pocketed a tidy sum on the final race !	image to follow
	image to follow	Keen angler Glenn Fern, Operations Director, took part in a fishing competition with other members of staff one Saturday morning in early October. Mark Scollins was the clear winner with a 12lb haul. Second was Matthew Jones and third was John Clarbour.
