Advantage Windows and Conservatories Ltd have appointed Cath Salt as their new Human Resources
Manager. Cath has joined Cheshire - based Advantage after having spent the last 10 years as a senior
Human Resources Officer for a major aircraft engineering and maintenance company at nearby
Manchester Airport where she was responsible for looking after the interests of 350 staff.

Cath is a qualified member of the CIPD
(Chartered Institute of Personnel and
Development) and is also a member of
The Chartered Institute of Management.

She will report to Finance Director -
Chris Nicholls and will be responsible
for looking after the welfare, recruitment
and training of Advantage's 170 strong
workforce.

Commenting on her appointment
Cath said: "I see my role as being very
much hands-on. Advantage is a forward
thinking company with ambitious plans
for future growth.

As an HR specialist I will be looking
to build a pro-active approach and
promote best practice in all areas
of Human Resources right
throughout the company."
