Each complete conservatory includes tiling, lighting, blinds and furnishings. All of the conservatories
were supplied by Advantage as part of a full support package for the new development.

The new site was two years in planning and represents an investment in excess of three quarters
of a million pounds. Before the new site opened, TWS was already one of the largest and most
successful retail window and conservatory company's in Yorkshire. TWS's 50 strong workforce
includes teams of surveyors, bricklayers, fitters, plasterers, electricians and maintenance staff.
A major factor in their success is that TWS use their own fully trained staff to complete each job
from the first enquiry to the final handover.

TWS's owner Tony Grindley says: "since the new showroom opened we have been delighted
at the level of business generated. The first quarter has shown an increase in excess of 50% over
the previous year. A big factor in our success has been the professionalism and level of support that
we have received from Advantage,"

Danny Hague, Advantage's Group Commercial Director has followed the project from the beginning.
He said: "TWS are a shining example of how a retail company, even in these supposedly tough times,
can grow their sales through a programme of planned investment. We are delighted to be associated
with such a successful and forward looking company."
