title WINDOW INSTALLERS WAREHOUSE OPENS in CROYDON

A new Window Installers Warehouse trade counter has recently opened near Croydon - Surrey.
It is the first branch to open south of the Thames and it will serve large parts of South London
and Surrey
. The new Surrey Window Installers Warehouse is part of a network of national trade
counters launched in January 2006 by Advantage Windows and Conservatories Ltd.

Owner of the Surrey Window
Installers Warehouse is
Adrian Pearce. Adrian has
been running Lifestyle Double
Glazing, a successful retail
window company for over
13 years. As a regular
customer of Advantage, he
quickly saw the benefits of
opening a trade counter to
complement his existing
retail business.

The new trade counter is
located in a newly refurbished
unit in a business centre.
With over two thousand square
feet, there is ample storage
and display space for a full
range of Rehau 70mm
windows and doors, plus
conservatories, roofline
products and an extensive
range of ancillaries. Adrian's
existing retail business is also
run from the same premises.

The new warehouse has been fully kitted out with signage, racking, display equipment and literature.
Adrian says: "I had considered opening a trade counter for some time because I knew the market was
there. The main reason for not opening my own trade counter sooner was quite simply the amount
of time it would have taken to source & negotiate all of the required products. That's where the Window
Installers Warehouse initiative has been such a benefit. Everything I needed to open my own branch
has been provided. Advantage have thought of everything - even where to get the coffee machine."

The Window Installers Warehouse initiative has been designed as a bolt-on to an existing retail
business. It provides small, owner - managed businesses with the opportunity to offer their local trade
customers a complete trade counter service. Advantage's Group Commercial Director Danny Hague
says: "this new initiative allows retail window companies like Lifestyle, a way to tap in to the valuable
trade market while still running their existing businesses. I'm delighted to welcome Lifestyle on board."

Editors note: The Surrey Window Installers Warehouse was one of the first of 17 branches now open
across the UK. More branches are being added all the time. By the end of 2006, the Window Installers
Warehouse network will be the largest chain of independent, owner-managed trade counters.
